You made it! Your final week. This final week is all about reflection and mentally preparing for your lifelong health journey. Take time to review your weekly surveys, your intake survey, etc. and see how far you’ve come! Take some time to set new goals, lifelong goals! This is also a great time to write out your “course correction” plan for when you need to reset.
