10 Day Detox

If at any point you feel like you need a reset (maybe pre or post vacation or illness), you can utilize this guide to do so. While this is set up as a 10 day detox, if you are actively working through your Healthy Mom Club program, you can shorten the length. Even opting to only do the optional liquid days for a faster, more intense 3-4 day detox.

If you do this post HMC, I recommend the full 10 days for best results.
