Weekly Meal Plans
These Meal Plans are here as a guide and inspiration. While you can use them as is, you’re also welcome to mix and match.
I’ve included three breakfast recipes and three entrees. The idea is that each recipe will make enough to serve you over 1-3 days and that many entrees will be enjoyed as leftovers for lunch or additional dinners.
If you’re cooking for family members, take that into account when planning, shopping, and preparing.
How To Use
Click on the image to view the meal plan on Whisk.
Once in Whisk, you can click on each recipe for the ingredients as well as instructions.
If you are using the meal plan as is, you can simply click the “add to” button and add the entire plan to your shopping list.
Otherwise, you can go in to each recipe and add ingredients to your shopping list from there.
